Terrific experience. We made the booking on their website and chose their all inclusive option, took the shuttle at the airport and once we arrived at the Del Paso office the attendant was waiting for us and just asked for the name on the website registration. We waited for about 5 minutes when a new attendant came to us and guided us to the parking lot. She told us that we had received an upgrade and we could choose between a couple of very nice cars. We got a Mini Cooper, one of the best cars I have ever driven (specially when driving in the right side for the first time). Return was very smooth.
I rented from Delpaso for 14 days and had an excellent experience. Very nice and accommodating staff. Great price for a perfect car. Off airport was not a problem as the shuttle took 3 minutes. Highly recommended!
